LIGHTING AND COLOR CORRECTION

To minimize cost and time, the Economy Real Estate package is shot in ambient light, eliminating the need for flash equipment or tripods that can contribute to additional time spent on location. The images are then digitally processed to ensure pleasing color and light without the need for additional equipment. By setting aside the tripod and flash and moving on our feet,  we save time on location and time on post-processing, thus saving you on cost compared to the Luxury Real Estate package. Appointments for the Economy Real Estate Photo Package typically last 45 minutes, but we allot a 2 hour block to allow for add-ons or anything unexpected.  

DIGITAL FRONT YARD SIGN REMOVAL

We will digitally remove a yard sign if it appears in the shot.  No more blurring signage or finding awkward angles to get the sign out of the shot!

VIRTUAL TWILIGHT OR NIGHTLIGHT

Use a Virtual Twilight or Nightlight edit to give your daylight or overcast shoot some luxurious flare! The Twilight look is great for conditions where direct sunlight is not on the property, such as overcast, partly cloudy, or late/early day conditions. The Nightlight look is great for conditions where direct sunlight is on the property, such as sunny mid-day where the hard shadows cast by the sun can be edited to appear as full-moonlight. One Virtual Twilight or Nightlight is available in the Real Estate Economy Package to have as your "hero shot" for your listing. Additional edits will be charged per image.

AERIAL

We can add up to 15 aerial images to your listing! This typically includes 2 bird's eye angles, 3 low altitude front angles, 3 high altitude front angles, 6 high altitude landscape angles, and 1 miscellaneous angle, but the variety can depend on the conditions surrounding the house and what needs to be accentuated or ignored. 

DIGITAL OBJECT REMOVAL

If there is an item that cannot be easily moved, we can digitally remove the item seamlessly. Some common items include vehicles, pool accessories, and heavy equipment. Please give us details of the items that need digital removal prior to the shoot. 

EXTRA IMAGES

If 30 ground level photos is not enough, we can add on more photos a-la-carte. Aerial photos are limited to 15 in the economy package. Additional aerial photos are available in the LUXURY package. Please keep in mind that we need to know this in advance if there are specific shots needed.

​We generally shoot more than needed, and can add photos or some angles after the shoot, but we cannot guarantee that without advanced knowledge. Additional photos will be added to your invoice, and if more are requested after the shoot, a second invoice will be sent for just the additions. ​

3D TOUR

A 3D Tour is the perfect companion for any listing. Plenty of buyers want to see the home virtually before deciding to spend their time at the location, but there are also plenty of buyers looking to move a long distance. With 3D Tours, we can provide an immersive experience right from the buyer's phone or computer. 

We provide three levels of 3D tours, from simple to complex, and we highly recommend looking at ZILLOW 3D or MATTERPORT for your essential listing. If you're looking for a more customizable 3D tour like 3D VISTA, you're probably in the market for the PREMIUM or DELUXE real estate photo package as those provide more services to suit your needs and budget. Pair your photos with the Standard real estate video package! The Standard video package includes wide angle video with music and basic editing and color.
