The Luxury Real Estate Photo Package delivers a more advanced lighting method than the Economy Real Estate Photo Package. This is achieved with a technique called "flambient" lighting, where separate exposures lit with ambient lighting are blended with exposures lit with flash to get the proper color of each object, without the artificial look of flash. This may not be needed on certain images with conditions where a purely ambient or purely flash exposure is adequate, so a blend of flash, ambient, or flambient shots may be part of the photo set. Flambient technique is generally regarded as the best method of achieving picture perfect lighting and color that cannot be totally achieved with HDR tonemapping commonly used as a lower cost option. In addition to the benefits of using flash on the interior for accurate colors, flash from the exterior view of the home allows us to create practical lighting in the windows for a bright lively feel we call Living Windows.

We will digitally remove a yard sign if it appears in the shot. Sample images of the textures and features behind the sign will be composited into the final image seamlessly. No more blurring signage or finding awkward angles to get the sign out of the shot!

Light up those fireplaces and pits! Our fire effects service that comes with the Luxury Real Estate photo package takes care of all that! No need to fuss with any fuel or wind. We can also use our flash to replicate real light from the fireplace spilling into the room for the ultimate cozy ambiance.

The Luxury Real Estate Photo package is generally shot at dusk to create the "twilight" look seen in high value properties. If you choose to purchase the aerial add-on and the sky at the shoot looks great, we will take sample images of the sky to add into the final edit of the exterior images to faithfully render the scene. If the sky is not so interesting, or if you do not choose to add aerials, we can replace it with one of our beautiful pre-made sky panoramas to set the mood just right. With our Living Windows for exteriors, you'll have bright windows regardless of the time of day we shoot!

The Deluxe real estate photo package is preferably shot at dusk, but we know that sometimes that's not best for the schedule. Since this is the best package we have to offer, we want to ensure that you can get the look that sets your listing apart from all of those shot at daytime. If you must schedule for a daytime shoot we have two options depending on weather conditions. The great thing about Living Windows for the exterior images is that the windows are brightened with real light so that you get the most convincing virtual time conversions on the market.
VIRTUAL TWILIGHTIf there are no hard shadows cast on any surface, we can edit the image to mimic the look of a twilight shoot. By doing this when it's partly cloudy or overcast without hard shadows on the ground, we can simulate how the setting sun lights a scene.

NIGHTLIGHTIf the day is sunny and there are hard shadows, we can edit the image to mimic the look of night time. Changing the scene to make the shadows look like they are cast by moonlight which can look more natural than the "two suns" look from a virtual twilight done with direct sunlight.

ADD-ON SERVICES

We can add up to 15 aerial images to your listing! This typically includes 2 bird's eye angles, 3 low altitude front angles, 3 high altitude front angles, 6 high altitude landscape angles, and 1 miscellaneous angle, but the variety can depend on the conditions surrounding the house and what needs to be accentuated or ignored. If the sky at the shoot looks great, we will take aerial sample photos to help enhance the skies on the ground level photos. Ability to fly will depend on weather conditions and air space.

Give your vacant listing a lived-in feel with virtual staging. We can digitally transform a blank room into a fully furnished one!

If there is an item that cannot be easily moved, we can digitally remove the item seamlessly. Some common items include vehicles, pool accessories, and heavy equipment. Please give us details of the items that need digital removal prior to the shoot.
If 50 ground level photos or 15 aerial photos is not enough, we can add on more photos a-la-carte. Please keep in mind that we need to know this in advance if there are specific shots needed.
We generally shoot more than needed, and can add photos or some angles after the shoot, but we cannot guarantee that without advanced knowledge. Additional photos will be added to your invoice, and if more are requested after the shoot, a second invoice will be sent for just the additions.
