LIGHTING AND COLOR CORRECTION

Our photos are shot (with flash for interiors) and digitally processed to ensure even color and light throughout the image. Premium package shoots typically last between 30 minutes to two hours.​

DIGITAL FRONT YARD SIGN REMOVAL

We will digitally remove a yard sign if it appears in the shot. Sample images of the textures and features behind the sign will be composited into the final image seamlessly. No more blurring signage or finding awkward angles to get the sign out of the shot!

FIRE EFFECTS

Light up those fireplaces and pits! Our fire effects service that comes with the Premium Real Estate Photo Package takes care of all that! No need to fuss with any fuel or wind.

LIVING WINDOWS FOR EXTERIOR

Introducing Aberration Studio's Living Windows for Exterior, our technique for giving your windows that POP!  Increase curb appeal instantly with lively and stunning views into the windows. It's like looking into a dollhouse! This is usually only achievable with twilight shoots, but with our unique lighting techniques, you can get twilight bright windows in broad daylight like nobody else does!

SKY REPLACEMENT

Not every sky is as great as can be on the shoot. Sometimes there are distracting contrails, dreary cloud coverage, or just plain boring and cloudless blue skies. If the sky we get at the appointment is just not the right look, we can give your listing a pleasing daytime sky.​

ADD-ON SERVICES

AERIAL

We can add up to 15 aerial images to your listing! This typically includes 2 bird's eye angles, 3 low altitude front angles, 3 high altitude front angles, 6 high altitude landscape angles, and 1 miscellaneous angle, but the variety can depend on the conditions surrounding the house and what needs to be accentuated or ignored. Ability to fly will depend on weather conditions and air space. 

LIVING WINDOWS FOR INTERIOR

Introducing Aberration Studio's Living Windows for Interior, our technique for giving your windows that POP! Though our standard window editing yields great results already, this add-on upgrades your interior windows to perfect exposure and color.  Got a great view? VIRTUAL STAGING

Give your vacant spaces a lived-in feel with virtual staging. We can digitally transform a blank room into a fully furnished one! 

DIGITAL OBJECT REMOVAL

If there is an item that cannot be easily moved, we can digitally remove the item seamlessly. Some common items include vehicles, pool accessories, and heavy equipment. Please give us details of the items that need digital removal prior to the shoot. 

EXTRA IMAGES

If 40 ground level photos or 15 aerial photos is not enough, we can add on more photos a-la-carte. Please keep in mind that we need to know this in advance if there are specific shots needed.

​We generally shoot more than needed, and can add photos or some angles after the shoot, but we cannot guarantee that without advanced knowledge. Additional photos will be added to your invoice, and if more are requested after the shoot, a second invoice will be sent for just the additions.

3D TOUR

A 3D Tour is the perfect companion for any listing. Plenty of buyers want to see the home virtually before deciding to spend their time at the location, but there are also plenty of buyers looking to move a long distance. With 3D Tours, we can provide an immersive experience right from the buyer's phone or computer.
